These terms cover your use of vantic.agency and the marketing services offered by Vantic Agency("Vantic"). By using our site or working with us, you agree to them.

Our services

Vantic provides marketing services for local businesses, including short-form video, websites, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, AI receptionists, and related automations. The exact scope, deliverables, and pricing for a project are set out in the agreement we provide before work begins.

No guarantee of specific results

We work hard to grow your visibility and leads, and we report on progress honestly. However, search rankings, review counts, and lead volume depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee any specific result or ranking.

Payments

The Growth Package is billed monthly and is month-to-month unless agreed otherwise in writing. Custom projects are quoted and invoiced as described in your project agreement.

Intellectual property

Content on this website, including our name and logo, belongs to Vantic. Work we create for you is handled as described in your project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
